Inside the apartments, homes are designed with practical features that support comfortable living. Select apartments include stainless steel appliances, private balconies, and walk-in closets, while all homes include in-unit washers and dryers to simplify everyday routines.

Yes. Edenfield Shores requires a security deposit for all approved applicants. The standard security deposit starts at $500 but may increase up to one month’s rent depending on the results of the application screening, including credit and rental history.

There are two ways applicants can qualify for an apartment at Edenfield Shores:
Self-Qualification
Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent and must pass credit, background, and income verification screenings. Proof of income is required during the application process.Guarantor Option
Applicants may also qualify by using a guarantor. A guarantor (often a parent or financial sponsor) must meet the community’s credit, income, and background requirements and agrees to be financially responsible for the lease. -
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent at Edenfield Shores. Residents are responsible for utilities, which are billed separately. Please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown of utility responsibilities.

Edenfield Shores is a pet friendly apartment community. Breed and weight restrictions apply. A one-time non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent are required. Please contact the leasing office for complete pet policy details and current fees.

Prospective residents can schedule a tour of Edenfield Shores by calling the leasing office, submitting a tour request through the website, or stopping by during office hours. Walk-in tours are welcome based on availability.

Yes. Edenfield Shores has an on-site maintenance team available to assist residents with service requests. Maintenance support is available 24 hours a day for emergency requests, with routine service requests completed during business hours.

For maintenance emergencies, residents should contact the leasing office during business hours or follow the after-hours emergency maintenance prompts. Emergency service requests can also be submitted through the resident portal by selecting emergency priority. For life-threatening situations, always call 911 first.

Rent is due on the first day of each month. Residents can conveniently pay rent online through the secure resident portal. Additional payment instructions are provided at move-in.

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all Edenfield Shores residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in the community’s renters insurance program but may opt out by providing proof of their own qualifying policy.

Each apartment home has an assigned mailbox for regular mail delivery. Packages are typically delivered directly to apartment doors or designated delivery areas by carriers.
